Ricci’s Hoagies, an iconic Philadelphia sandwich shop that’s been putting out Italian hoagies since 1920, is finally arriving in Charlotte.
The new 1,000-square-foot hoagies shop is will officially open Wednesday, March 11 at CentroNoDa — and it’s kicking off a music-filled celebration with a deal that honors its century-long heritage. The first 50 guests in line will receive 1920s-era pricing, with sandwiches starting at just 60 cents.
Ricci’s was founded Philadelphia — the birthplace of the hoagie —and is known for pairing its old-school counter service with hand-sliced meats, freshly baked bread and fresh ingredients. The Charlotte location will be the brand’s first restaurant outside the city…
