Mayor calls bond for Riverfront Live shooting suspect ‘extremely concerning’

Mayor Aftab Pureval said allowing an accused gunman in the Riverfront Live mass shooting the possibility of being released on bond was “problematic and extremely concerning.”

Franeek Cobb, 24, was arrested March 2 on a single charge of felonious assault in connection with the mass shooting. As of Tuesday afternoon, Cobb remains in jail.
