Fuel spike puts pressure on small business owners

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. — Gas prices across the nation have risen significantly in the last two days.

According to AAA, the average price in South Carolina on Wednesday was $2.91 a gallon for regular gasoline — nearly 30 cents more than last week’s average.
