Average L.A. County Gas Price Rises To Highest Amount Since Nov. 29

LOS ANGELES (CNS) – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose Tuesday to its highest amount since Nov. 29, increasing 2.4 cents to $4.724.

The average price has risen 12 of the past 13 days, increasing 10.5 cents, including six-tenths of a cent Monday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It rose 10 consecutive days, was unchanged on Sunday and resumed rising on Monday.

The average price is 5.4 cents more than one week ago and 28.4 cents higher than one month ago, but 2.8 cents less than one year ago. It has dropped $1.77 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022…
