Shapiro invests over $4 million for business growth in three counties

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development (DCED) approved over $4.1 million in three low-interest loans to help support business growth in Bucks, Erie, and Lancaster counties.

According to DCED, more than $4 million in new, low-interest loans is being provided through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) in order to boost business growth, while also creating and retaining jobs.

The projects supported through these loans will inject over $15.2 million into the local economy, create 34 new full-time jobs, and retain 98 existing jobs…
