CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two men from Martinsburg, West Virginia, have been charged in Cumberland County relating to a child abduction incident.
Jacob Evilsizor, 43, and Charles Delossantos, 47, were both arrested Tuesday, according to Middlesex Township Police Department.
Police say they located a child with Evilsizor at Love’s truck stop at 1165 Harrisburg Pike in Carlisle on Tuesday. According to police, the child had been abducted from Martinsburg earlier that day…
