Plans for a new eight-story downtown office building received approval with conditions from the City of Greenville’s Design and Review Board.
When completed, the property at 101 E. Court Street will be the site of a mixed-use building with space for potential office, retail and restaurant locations on the ground floor, as well as offices on the upper floors. The building sits next to 300 McBee Avenue, headquarters of Prisma Health, Lima One Capital and several other tenants.
