KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – As spring inches closer, East Tennessee will see more spring rain showers which means a higher risk of car crashes.
Driving in the rain can be challenging on its own, but poor visibility makes it even more dangerous. Many East Tennessee drivers reported to WVLT’s Olivia Calfee one particular issue is cars on the road with no headlights on during rain.
