Lancaster man arrested for stalking allegedly called victim over 100 times: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man is behind bars for stalking and robbery after allegedly breaking into the victim’s place of work and grabbing them by the hair.

Officers arrested Jayson Velez-Irizarry, 36, Tuesday after receiving an anonymous tip about his location, according to the Manheim Township Police Department.
