The full-service Peruvian restaurant is a family effort, operated by Mayra Chipoco alongside her sister Martha Chipoco and their parents, George and Sandra Chipoco.

Chipoco’s Cuisine will offer a full-service dining experience with a menu available Monday through Friday featuring traditional Peruvian dishes and Peruvian street food favorites.
