GLOUCESTER, Va. — Gloucester County authorities executed search warrants at five vape shops on Tuesday as part of a months-long narcotics investigation, officials said.
Investigators with the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Office and the Tri Rivers Drug Task Force searched the following businesses:
- Rhino Cigars and Vape – 1751 George Washington Memorial Highway
- The Vault Vape and Hookah Shop – 1720 George Washington Memorial Highway
- Rhino Tobacco & Vapes – 7106 Hayes Shopping Court
- Super Tobacco and Vape – 4750 George Washington Memorial Highway
- Rhino Tobacco & Vapes – 7479 Hargett Boulevard
Deputies said the investigation began in the summer of 2025 after citizen complaints alleged the stores were selling products to minors and unlawful items. Undercover purchases were sent to the Virginia Department of Forensic Science, which determined some products tested positive for Schedule I narcotics, authorities said.
