ROCHESTER, N.Y. — State Police say a chase ended in a crash with a car flipped onto its side near the corner of Clifford Avenue and Newcomb Street on Wednesday.
It happened at around 11 a.m. According to State Police, troopers did a traffic stop for a vehicle and traffic violation. When speaking with the driver, Joseph Amadis, 32, State Police say Amadis fled, which started a pursuit.
