AUSTIN, Texas – A 2022 divorce filing in Bexar County is giving more details about the man accused of killing three people and injuring 13 others in a shooting at a downtown Austin bar over the weekend.
The filing accuses shooting suspect Ndiaga Diagne of “cruel treatment” towards his ex-wife, with the divorce resulting in him losing custody of his two children.
