A Wisconsin-based burger franchise is coming soon to Kansas City’s Northland.
Culver’s, known for its butter burgers (burgers with buttered buns), cheese curds and frozen custard, plans to open at Zona Rosa, 7160 NW Barry Road, according to Culver’s restaurant locator. Its opening will mark the ninth location in Kansas City and the fourth in the Northland.
Culver’s was founded in 1984 by the Culver family restaurant in their hometown, Sauk City, according to its website. The franchise now has over 900 locations across the country and emphasizes using fresh beef, white chicken and Wisconsin dairy for its popular cheese curds…
