LUBBOCK, Texas— The Lubbock Police Department confirmed that one person sustained serious injuries and another sustained moderate injuries after a crash on Wednesday afternoon near West Loop 289 and Marsha Sharp Freeway.
According to LPD, the initial call came in at approximately 12:40 p.m.
