It all began when a man stole another individual’s vehicle, only for the owner to quickly locate it and confront the thief. The confrontation escalated into a violent altercation, causing the victim’s car to collide with a bus near Teutonia Avenue and Capitol Drive in Milwaukee as the owner tried to pull the robber off the vehicle.
