The Hershey Co., one of the world’s largest chocolate companies, is joining the list of large companies creating a presence in Frisco with a new corporate outpost at Hall Park.
According to a Feb. 25 filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the company’s new office will occupy 16,000 square feet on the 12th floor of The Tower at Hall Park.
The filing states that construction of the new Hershey Co. office is estimated to cost $2.85 million. Hershey now joins Public Storage and Chobani on the list of major companies choosing to call the Hall Park district home in 2026…
