Manchester Police have charged a man with grooming a minor after he allegedly traveled from Minnesota to meet who he believed was a juvenile.
23-year old Robert Fenn Eselby III of Minneapolis, Minnesota, was arrested by the Manchester PD last Friday.
In a press release issued on Wednesday, Manchester Police say Eselby contacted an undercover officer on various social media platforms. Police say he was aware of the undercover officer’s “persona” age as a juvenile and was informed of that age several times. Eselby then facilitated travel to come meet the “juvenile” for sexual activity. He sent various explicit photographs and even videos to whom he believed to be a juvenile…
