First Community Credit Union buys former energy building for new headquarters

TOMBALL, Texas — First Community Credit Union is getting a new home — a 20-story office tower in northwest Houston.

FCCU, one of Houston’s largest credit unions, bought the former Noble Energy Center Two building in the Vintage Park/Tomball area less than three years after it last traded hands. The 470,623-rentable-square-foot building at 1002 Noble Energy Way will become the credit union’s new headquarters. FCCU is currently based at 15260 FM 529, about 12 miles away near Highway 6 in northwest Houston.

The price of the acquisition, which closed Feb. 27, was not disclosed. Larry Cedillo of Cross Capital Realty represented FCCU in the deal. The property was marketed by JLL listing brokers Jeff Hollinden, Kevin McConn and Max Myers…
