GARDEN CITY, Idaho — Police are seeking information on George Gebran, who is accused of shooting a cat while it was caged.
According to the Garden City Police Department (GCPD), an investigation into Gebran began after a Feb. 15 report was filed of alleged animal abuse and shooting.
The incident took place in the 5100 block of North Alworth Street in Garden City. The original reporter of the crime claimed that a white man in his 50s was shooting at a cat that was locked in a cage. Officers then went to the location and began their investigation…
