A Minnehaha County jury has found Jubal Rattler guilty on one count of first-degree manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with extreme indifference to the value of human life. However, he was found not guilty of second-degree murder and not guilty of aggravated assault with intent to commit bodily injury, which results in serious bodily injury.

Rapid City Police are investigating a shooting that happened just before 5:00 p.m., resulting in a dog being run over and killed. According to a Facebook post from the Rapid City Police Department, multiple gunshots were fired on N. 7th Street, hitting several vehicles and homes. There were no injuries; however, while the suspects were driving away, they hit and killed a dog.
