MILLCREEK, Utah (ABC4) — Get ready for a tail-wagging showdown as 250 speedy sausage dogs dash down the Doxie Derby track.
On Saturday, March 28, 250 dachshunds will race on a 75-foot track to see who the fastest wiener in the West is. This race will be the third-largest event organized by the National Wiener Racing Association in the United States.
The Doxie Derby is scheduled to start at 4 p.m. at Millcreek Commons. However, spectators and puppies can arrive anytime between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to enjoy the festival’s vendors and activities. There will be photo booths, doggie tattoos, samples, games, and more…
