LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — A Las Vegas man is facing child abuse and neglect charges after a February crash injured four children who were not wearing seatbelts, according to an arrest report.
Jeremy Dean Harbour, 34, of North Las Vegas, was arrested last month after a crash on Nellis Boulevard and Carey Avenue.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department initially responded to the scene on Feb. 21 around 1:20 p.m. and located multiple injured passengers.
