RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – The Reno Police Department (RPD) is releasing new information about a shooting that resulted in the arrest of two people. 21-year-old Tosh Howe is facing charges of battery with a deadly weapon, conceal carry a weapon without a permit, assault with a deadly weapon, and coercion with the use of a deadly weapon in connection with a February 28 incident on Denslowe Drive near Valley Road. Officers responded to a report of someone pointing a firearm and firing shots in the area.
