‘I just cried;’ Clovis woman falls victim in string of car wheel thefts

CLOVIS, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) — Scrape marks and cement dust mark the asphalt outside a Clovis apartment building — the remnant of Anisa Musso’s car getting dragged from its parking spot by a tow truck.

“They told me they don’t know who did it and I’m liable for everything,” Musso said.

Musso walked outside to take her kids to school on Monday morning and found her car sitting on cement blocks.

“I just cried. I just started crying because I’m already going through like my own personal things as a human. I’m going through my own stuff. So it made me really emotional just to see that, because it’s just another thing, like the cherry on top of everything that I’m going through, just to make everything harder, so much harder,” Musso said…
