The Oakland Police Department is investigating multiple prowling incidents reported in East Oakland neighborhoods. Since December 13, 2025, there have been six reports of a man entering yards, looking into homes, and behaving inappropriately. The most recent incidents occurred in the Maxwell Park area between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
