Syracuse, N.Y. — Mayor Sharon Owens has given another high-level administration official an ultimatum to move into Syracuse or lose his job. This time, it’s the deputy mayor’s brother.
Joe Driscoll, the city’s Interstate 81 project director, has been living in the town of Salina most of the time for more than a year. City officials are required to live in Syracuse.
