ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) said a baby was safely surrendered under Daniel’s Law in the Upstate on Monday.
DSS said a baby boy was born on March 2 and weighed six pounds, 11 ounces and 19 inches long.
