COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX) — An Ohio State college student said she saw a man touching himself inappropriately while she was running on the Olentangy Trail.
Lily, who is a freshman, said she was able to run away from the man, but she wants others to hear what happened so they keep their guard up and make safe choices.
