‘Gasping for air’: Victim claims Lancaster man strangled them 3 times during argument

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster man has been charged with strangulation after an argument in February turned physical outside a Manheim Township home.

Manheim Township police were called to West Liberty Street in Lancaster in response to a “domestic disturbance,” according to court documents.

At the scene, officers spoke with the victim, who claimed they were “gasping for air” after 35-year-old Khiri Spain grabbed them by the throat three times during an argument…
