100+ Women Who Care Sanibel & Captiva launches 2026

The first 2026 meeting of 100+ Women Who Care Sanibel & Captiva was an inspiring success, bringing together 146 members for the organization’s signature “Power Hour.” The room was filled with connection, purpose, and a shared commitment to strengthening the Sanibel and Captiva community through collective giving.

After an hour of inspiring presentations and thoughtful consideration, members voted to direct the group’s pooled donation to Trailways Camps Inc. as the first grant recipient of the season. Their mission resonated strongly with members, and the funding will support their meaningful impact locally.

Two additional nonprofits were recognized for their compelling presentations. Roots for Resilience and Zonta Sanibel-Captiva each delivered five-minute pitches highlighting the important work they are doing in the community.
