I issued the permit application when Karl Richmond initially bought the water facility and with his son Kane and turned it into a water processing giant. Karl was a man of integrity, hard working and intelligent. He was a visionary who always looked for the good. His son, Kane could be described as an acorn that didn’t fall far from the tree.
Together they built a company that provided good jobs, and produced a quality product that benefited many, many people…
