LAFAYETTE, La. (NEWS 15) — A person, who was riding an electric scooter, is hospitalized after getting hit by three vehicles, one of them operated by a suspected drunk driver, according to the Lafayette Police Department.
Dakota Wagoner, 36, of Lafayette, is charged with vehicular negligent injuring and OWI (first offense).
