SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Three men have been arrested in Northwest Louisiana for their involvement in online child exploitation.
Arrest in Shreveport after racial slurs and bottle attack
A joint operation involving multiple agencies resulted in the arrests of Edwin Roberts II, 35; Garrett Godejohn, 24; and David Lee Clark, 35. The individuals were on social media platforms communicating with juveniles when they were identified by law enforcement and later arrested.
Agencies involved included Attorney General Liz Murrill’s Louisiana Bureau of Investigation, the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office, and the Shreveport Police Department.
According to Murrill, the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office made the arrests of Roberts and Godejohn, who lived together. The Shreveport Police Department made the arrest of Clark.
Roberts was arrested on one count of indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor. Godejohn was arrested on several counts, including sexual abuse of an animal, and Clark was arrested for indecent behavior with a juvenile and computer-aided solicitation of a minor as well…
