[2] New Mexico jury hears Mark Zuckerberg deposition in landmark Meta trial – A New Mexico jury heard from Facebook co-founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg, who defended the company against a state lawsuit, claiming the social media giant prioritized profits over children and teen safety. Zuckerberg wasn’t in the courtroom, but jurors watched him answer questions on video from the New Mexico Department of Justice. The trial expected to continue for several more weeks.
