HONOLULU (Island News) – An indictment has been announced by Honolulu Prosecuting Attorney Steve Alm against the man accused of fatally shooting a woman and injuring a teenager in Kapolei.
Shaison Laupola, 36, was indicted in connection with a shooting in Kapolei that resulted in the death of 26-year-old Noel Lono. Laupola was charged with the alleged murder of Lono, his ex-girlfriend’s cousin, and the alleged attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend, and her aunt.
The indictment includes the following charges:
- Attempted Murder in the First Degree
- Two counts of Attempted Murder in the Second Degree
- Murder in the Second Degree
- Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree
- Five Counts of Carrying or Using a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony
- Burglary in the First Degree
- Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver
- Abuse of a Family or Household Member
Laupola is currently being held without bail at the Oahu Community Correctional Center…
