NOBLE COUNTY, Ohio (AVC News) – Officials with the Noble County Sheriff’s Office reported that a traffic stop led to a high-speed pursuit that spanned four counties.
According to the sheriff’s office, Deputy Perry was on patrol when he observed a vehicle traveling southbound on Interstate 77 committing multiple moving violations. Perry conducted a traffic stop near mile marker 21, where the vehicle initially pulled over.
As the deputy approached, the vehicle suddenly fled the stop and accelerated at a high rate of speed, continuing south into Washington County, Ohio. Authorities say the vehicle was traveling at speeds exceeding 100 miles per hour…
