CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Retired U.S. Army Maj. Lekeshia Angelique Hicks has announced her candidacy for Montgomery County commissioner in District 9.
Hicks served as a U.S. Army Human Resources officer, retiring at the rank of major after leading complex personnel operations, managing large-scale budgets, and developing workforce systems across federal operations.
She currently serves as vice president of Training & Development for Black Clarksville Business Group and is the founder of Lekeshia Angelique Consulting. She is also completing her doctorate at Austin Peay State University, where her research focuses on workforce policy and education systems…
