GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville Police Department said that a student has been found safe after wandering off a school’s campus on Thursday.
Officials said the 13-year-old left Legacy Early College’s property around 9:45 a.m.
According to the district, she was found safe approximately one mile away from the school’s campus.
“We are grateful to the Greenville Police Department and the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office for their swift and dedicated response, as well as to our neighbors and community members who kept a watchful eye and assisted in the search effort, including our Legacy Early College faculty and staff,” the school said…
