A wife was in disbelief after finding her husband dead of an apparent suicide at their home in The Villages.
The wife of 60-year-old Richard Tedesco found him dead on Feb. 28 at their home on Amarillo Place in the Village of La Zamora, according to a report from the Lady Lake Police Department. Emergency personnel were summoned to the home shortly before 6 p.m. that day.
Tedesco’s wife was “distressed and in disbelief” after finding her husband in the closet of a bedroom. He was lying on the floor with a belt around his neck. She initially called her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, who also live in The Villages, and they soon arrived at the home…
