TAUNTON — Every day Jennifer Elsinger and her family stare at freight rail cars sitting on the tracks behind their Fremont Street backyard in Taunton.
Many of these cars are hauling away trash coming from the Win Waste Innovations transfer station in the city’s Myles Standish Industrial Park, she said.
Depending on the time of year, sometimes they’ll be there in the afternoon and won’t be hauled away until late at night. Other times, they are there for days at a time…
