ENGLEWOOD, Fla. — Deputies from the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man in Charlotte County. He is accused of battery of a law enforcement officer.
According to an arrest report, Sarasota deputies were dispatched about a possible reckless driver. A witness reportedly told them that Steven Robert Pillsbury, 57, was driving recklessly. They say that Pillsbury almost hit two pedestrians, ran over a curb and almost side-swiped another vehicle.
