The American Quarter Horse Association’s (AQHA) Hall of Fame & Museum in Amarillo recently hosted the media for a “hard hat tour,” in which they revealed Phase One of their Capital Campaign to serve as an educational gateway to the rich legacy of the American Quarter Horse.
“We must transform how we tell the story,” Chris Sitz, chief foundation officer of AQHA Museum, said during the tour held Friday, Feb. 27. “The current museum exhibits do not meet modern standards for museum engagement.”
