Smoke expected as Cedar Rapids crews ignite prairie burns at Noelridge, then Navajo

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Department conducted a prescribed burn at Noelridge and Navajo parks Thursday morning.
