BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — California governor candidate Chad Bianco continued his visit in Bakersfield with a stop at a spay and neuter clinic at Heritage Park Thursday.
It didn’t take long for a huge line of people and pets to form, showing the demand for low-cost spay and neuter options.
