FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – A Fort Wayne 17-year-old wanted for allegedly shooting and killing her accomplice in a January attempted robbery was booked into the Allen County Jail on Wednesday.
Mariah Franklin is charged with felony murder and attempted armed robbery in the deadly shooting of 19-year-old Damion Jacobs.
Kristina Burch, 29, is also charged with obstruction of justice in the case, but she is identified in court records as being the victim of the robbery attempt…
