An attorney in Alabama has been indicted on multiple counts of attempted murder for allegedly trying to fatally poison her husband.
A grand jury indicted Sara Baker, 75, on 11 counts, including: conspiracy to commit murder; three counts of attempted murder; domestic violence; elder abuse; unlawful distribution of an unlawful substance; and four counts of solicitation to commit a controlled substance crime, according to a copy of the indictment obtained by PEOPLE.
The three attempted murder charges are for alleged incidents that took place on Sept. 4, Sept. 12 and Sept. 20 of 2025. The indictment states Baker attempted to “intentionally cause the death” of her husband, James Doyle Baker…
