Board reviewing parole case for former cheer coach in TN convicted of secretly recording girls changing

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (WSMV) – A parole board is reviewing the case of a former cheerleading coach convicted of secretly videoing girls changing in Tennessee.

During an initial hearing on Wednesday, a hearing officer recommended Andrew Halford’s parole be denied.
