GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Columbia County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man for traveling to meet who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Investigators say Horatio Carrie, 25, went from Ocala to Lake City Wednesday night after talking with an undercover detective online.
