A New York resident has claimed a $1 million prize from the Dec. 22 Powerball drawing after matching the first five winning numbers.
Thomas Rey Tse of Valley Stream on Long Island received a lump sum payment of $651,000 after required withholdings for matching five of the six numbers drawn. The winning numbers were 03, 18, 36, 41, 54, with Powerball 07.
